Immigration Specialist/Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a Globally renowned company, is looking for an Immigration Specialist/ manager for the UAE region

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all visa activity for the local offices.
- Continuously review the company’s internal visa processes across the UAE, ensure they remain compliant and improve efficiency where possible
- Work closely and effectively with the different government departments for immigration and employment matters
- Effectively communicate Immigration updates to the business
- Develop relationships with HR, local business leaders and the senior management teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Lead and develop local teams to ensure high levels of service are achieved

Requirements

- 10 years UAE Immigration experience with significant managerial experience
- Experience working with government bodies and departments for Immigration or employment matters
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent academic background
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently using your own initiative, as well as within a team
- Be able to work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Fluent in English
