Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Work as a key member of the OneGL project team to manage the implementation of the Unit4 Coda Financials system in multiple locations around the world. Working closely with Finance Managers within each location to identify configuration requirements and enable a smooth transition from the existing Dream legacy system.

Main Responsibilities:
• Attend location as required
• Understand existing financial processes currently in use
• Maintain an implementation checklist
• Ensure a Dream data cleansing exercise is carried out prior to data migration
• Ensure staff training is carried out
• Define who needs access to the system and at what level
• Identify any location specific government requirements & other integrations
• Arrange for regular communications to be issued
• Produce implementation progress reports
• Manage the migration of data from existing Dream system and ensure appropriate audit trail exists
• Define the local coding requirements
• Identify reporting requirements
• Convey requirements to the FINOPS system configuration team to build the system
• Ensure system testing is carried out and signed-off
• Organise appropriate level of go-live support & ongoing support process
• Organise Go/No-Go meeting for all stakeholders prior to go-live

Requirements

• Financial accounting and financial processes (Expert)
• At-least 5 ERP implementation experience. Any ERP Financial applications.
• Project management principles & tools (Expert)
• Negotiation & Persuasion ( Expert)
