Position Title: Imports Clearance Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus petrol allowance
Job Location: Ajman, UAE

About the Client:
A leading discount retail brand known for wide product selections, competitive pricing, and convenient shopping locations headquartered in Ajman.

Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end import clearance, customs documentation, and UAE authority approvals.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth clearance and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and update shipment status, reports, and compliance logs.

• Open to Female Arabic speakers, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Relations, or related field; Diploma or Certification in Customs Clearance, Government Relations, or PRO services is an advantage
• At least 3 years’ UAE experience in the similar role with valid UAE driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
