In-House Banking and Finance Solicitor 2 - 8 PQE
Charterhouse is working with a high profile financial institution that is looking to hire a Banking and Finance Solicitor. Our client is flexible on PQE level and open to those individuals with c.2 - 8 PQE to play a key role in its existing legal team. The business is going from strength to strength so this an excellent time to join a high profile institution that is undertaking interesting, cutting-edge work across the UAE and wider region.
This role will be to work closely with the General Counsel, legal team and broader business in relation to undertaking a broad mix of conventional and Islamic finance work, covering matters such as retail and wholesale bilateral and syndicated loans.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an admitted solicitor with demonstrable high quality experience gained at well regarded law firm or in-house at an international company in the UAE / Middle East region. Arabic language skills and exposure to Islamic finance work are not essential. Our client is keen to speak to a lawyer with good background gained at a legal directories rated firm and ideally already based in the UAE.
