Contract duration - 6 months (possible extension)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various business matters.
• Keep up to date with information regarding federal laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company’s business.
• Identify legal issues of concern to the business and proactively develop effective legal strategies, mitigation actions and practical solutions to support business activities.
• Review and contribute to contracts and tender preparation, risks identification and assessment, negotiations of contracts, framework agreements, partnerships, settlements, etc., all in coordination with key internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects and agreements are executed in accordance with our company's methodologies, guidance, and professional standards.
• Anticipate and identify legal issues of concern to management and proactively develop effective legal strategies and practical solutions.
• Advice regarding conflicts of interest, agreements, claims and advising action to be taken to avoid or minimize disputes and litigation.
• Work on broader commercial matters as required.

Requirements
• Fluent Arabic and English verbal and drafting skills.
• 5-10 years PQE with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE.
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry or event industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and operate well under pressure.
• Highly organized and meticulous with attention to detail.
• Excellent with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google suite of systems
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced work environment within a rapidly growing team.
• Available to start immediately (preferred)
