Job description / Role
A leading Media Entity is looking for a sole In House Counsel to work directly with the CEO and manage the organisation's legal affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Must be fully bilingual in English & Arabic
* Must be 8+ PQE
* Must have experience advising on corporate/commercial transactions
* Must have experience working within the TMT sector, in particular working with music
* Ideally be based in the UAE
