About the Role
As our in?house Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our organisation. You’ll work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to create high?quality designs for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and event collateral.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Support the creation of visual content for events, training materials, and internal communications.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast?paced environment.
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers when needed.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an in?house or agency setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to contribute creative ideas.
Motion graphics or video editing skills are an advantage (not essential).

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
