Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an IT consulting company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an In-House IT Recruiter. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, understanding client requirements, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, performing in person, telephone interviews and reference checks with candidates and keeping abreast of federal laws
Salary:
AED
8000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated with a minimum of 3 years experience as an IT recruiter, have strong communication skills in English, be a positive team player and consistent negotiation skills.
