We’re now seeking a proactive, commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Dubai team and help shape the future of our international operations.

What exactly will you do?
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance across commercial, corporate, regulatory, and employment law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and developments in employment law
• Review transactional documents to identify risks and ensure compliance
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to stakeholders based on legal findings
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to secure favourable contract terms
• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and implement procedures to minimise risk
• Deliver training to employees on compliance matters
• Support dispute resolution and litigation, including legal research and case preparation
• Prepare pleadings, submissions, and assist with mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations
• Work closely with the Global Director of Legal Services and Dubai stakeholders to ensure legal health of the business
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent
• Qualified solicitor admitted to practise in the UAE or another relevant jurisdiction
• 5–10 years’ PQE with strong in-house or private practice commercial law experience
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Strong experience working with HR, Sales, and Finance teams
• Proficiency in UAE Labour Law and in-house experience with commercial law in the UAE
Desirable
• Familiarity with UAE Federal Laws and Dubai International Financial Centre Law
• Experience in energy law, contract law, or related regulatory frameworks
• Exposure to international or cross-border transactions
• Arabic language skills
• Experience setting up offices or supporting start-up operations

Requirements:
Experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance within the UAE and wider Middle East. Skilled in drafting, reviewing, and advising on complex agreements, managing legal risks, and supporting business operations in sectors such as finance, real estate, technology, and energy. Proven ability to liaise with external counsel, regulators, and senior management, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, DIFC/ADGM regulations, and international standards. Adept at providing strategic legal advice, overseeing dispute resolution, and implementing effective governance and compliance frameworks to support business growth.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
