Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational company looking to hire a Legal Counsel with 5+ years post qualification experience in Project Finance, PPP, Infrastructure and Construction Projects.
The role will involve working and managing litigation cases and disputes in collaboration with external advisors and law firms. The ideal candidate must be able to provide front-end advice on contracts, review of tender documentation and risks allocation at bid stage.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a Qualified Lawyer with minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Project Finance, PPP, Infrastructure, Construction Projects and Dispute Resolution matters. The ideal candidate must prove experience as a legal counsel in business environment related to construction work and projects.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and fluency in Arabic, French will be considered an advantage.
