Charterhouse is working with an incredible global organisation with the Sustainability Sector who is looking to hire a Paralegal to support their Legal Team.

The role will involve working closely with the Head of Legal and senior broader Legal Team handling a variety of tasks, some work will be in Spanish and some work will be English, therefore fluency in both English/Spanish is a must.

You will be responsible for organising attendance at signings, reviewing contracts and applying for patents in the UAE, as well as day to day requirements. You will also offer due diligence assistance; post transaction document review; assistance and preparing first drafts of transaction documents, including NDAs, and contracts.

Requirements

The organisation is interested in speaking to an undergraduate Degree (or equivalent), preferably with a Law Degree or a non-law Degree with graduate Diploma in Law competed.

Previous paralegal experience within a Law Firm or In-House in the UAE is a distinct advantage. Office administration experience and strong IT skills (MS Office, Excel) are key for the role.
