Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working exclusively with an exceptional brand that are looking to hire an In-House Recruiter to work with the existing in-house recruitment team.
To be considered for this role you will need to be handle the full recruitment cycle for multiple professional disciplines, sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring exceptional individuals. You will be someone that is focused on building relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs as well as developing cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
Ideally you will have a strong recruitment background of at least 2-3 years preferably with strong in-house exposure however agency will be considered. You will have a proven track record of recruiting at all levels and functions across an organisation, experience working with a global or multi-national organisation, strong IT systems skills and the ability to influence decision makers. This role requires someone that is ideally Degree educated, has extremely strong verbal and written English language skills.
