In-House Recruiter (3-6 Month Contract)

Charterhouse is looking to hire a talented Recruiter to specialise in permanent/contract recruitment to work on-site for a client that is experiencing high volumes of recruitment. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, goal-orientated recruiter that is able to work to tight deadlines and with high volumes of recruitment.

The successful Recruiter should have the ability to connect with people at all levels and build professional working relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, stakeholders and colleagues.

You will be heavily involved in working with candidates primarily from offer stage, liaising with agency suppliers, ensuring HR support is provided to ensure the candidate journey is exceptional. Having strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills and the ability to work in a team are key for this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be Degree educated with strong computer skills and must have the desire to develop your business acumen skills and be someone that has tenacity and resilience.

You will have strong communications skills in English, both verbal and written. Immediately available candidates will be given preference as this is an urgent role for our client.
