- This role will involve working closely with the hiring managers to grow the business considerably in size.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of results including through direct sourcing strategies and familiarity with internet search tools.
- Proven success as a technology recruiter, sourcing internationally.
- Should be confident at partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and relationships.
- Should have excellent skills in writing, communicating, negotiating and professional presence.
- The ability to produce useful reports to improve the process and report on status.
- Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced environment to deliver against company hiring goals
