Job description / Role
• Performs accurate and complete admission assessments
• Monitors and documents the patient’s condition and the effectiveness of care and/or interventions
• Establishes and implements a care plan based on sound nursing theory, scientific principles, professional judgement and individual patient needs
• Evaluates and updates the patient’s plan of care to facilitate the achievement of planned and expected outcomes
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol
• Assesses for and plans the educational needs of the patient
• Will Monitor and resolve customer service issues and provides feedback regarding satisfaction results to Nursing Leadership
Salary:
AED
12,000 to 16,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Have at least 5 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse
• Must have 3 years experience in in-patient medical and rehabilitation wards for post stroke, TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, amputation, post-op total knee, hip replacement, neurosurgery and orthopaedics to include post traumatic road traffic accidents.
