Job Description

- Menu maestro: Keep the team informed about menu updates, specials, and guest preferences, fostering a knowledgeable and enthusiastic environment!
- Train and inspire: Provide training and support to team members, motivating them to excel in their roles and enhance their skills!
- Quality control: Ensure that food and beverage orders are prepared, presented, and delivered according to our high standards!
- Handle guest feedback: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning any challenges into opportunities for exceptional service!
- Collaborate across departments: Work closely with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service delivery!
- Operational excellence: Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the In-Room Dining area!
