Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global luxury brand organisation who is looking to hire an In Store Trainer to join their team.
As the In Store Trainer, you will report to the Retail Manager and develop and implement the training strategies of the organisation. You will be focused on conducting training programs, executing and implementing learning strategies based on corporate directives, implementing training material and adapting it to the region. You will be based in UAE and responsible for performing assessments to identify training needs within the region as well as work closely with the retail team to develop comprehensive solutions. Your role will also be to collaborate with various departments to measure the success of the training initiatives and determining the value to the overall brand objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be based in the UAE and have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a training role in a high retail luxury industry. In addition, you should also be fluent in English and Arabic.
