Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

Develop and implement inbound holidays sales strategy by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships that will build the Company’s inbound holidays’ market position in the respective region.

- To plan, develop and execute sales & distribution strategies for inbound UAE market in order to achieve and exceed the revenue target.
- Will be promoting inbound holiday sales products, being aware of special offers and conducting market researches and thereby coordinate with product development team to establish holiday packages appealing to local customers/ market.
- Should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in order to build a healthy rapport with the travel trade community & business houses.
- To establish and monitor sales service standards through continuous review/update of the procedures and practices and other service factors to provide high quality services.
- Keep track of the competition activities while complying with the company policy on competition and effectively use data analysis to develop effective sales strategies.
- Liaise with Cozmo outstation offices as well as UAE branches to provide and seek regular support in order execute sales and marketing activities.
- Plan and execute below-the-line-marketing activities like trade workshops, product presentations and sales blitz in key markets.
- Plan and execute product launch activities in major corporate houses and establish a key positioning in the MICE segment.
- Collaborate with contracting, product development & operation and other internal departments to provide quality products with competitive prices for various market segments in a timely manner.
- Drive and oversee the development and implementation of automated bookings, payment fulfillment and distribution platforms.
- To work within the sales budget, achieve and maintain sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team for development and maintenance of the web site to facilitate product communication and drive on line sales.

Requirements

- 10 years minimum with 3 years in a Managerial role handling Inbound - UAE
- Graduate with Travel diploma / certification with other qualifications related to UAE inbound
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is desirable for this role.
- Language : English and Arabic
