Income Audit Clerk

Job description / Role

We at Novotel & ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central are seeking for an Income Audit Clerk position to join our Finance team.

What you will be doing:
- To check General Cashier report and to past Jv to Sun
- Revenue Transfer to Sun and tally with the Opera ...
- To update & reconcile F&B cover report
- Reconcile F&B Micros report with the Opera trial balance
- Checking all the Night Auditor transaction, previous days
- Update Rebate Report (room, internet,mini bar)
- Preparing GM & OPD reports
- Market segment & transfer to sun & daily
- Both hotel issuing internet vouchers & checking the revenue. (Comp vouchers, Sales Vouchers, Bus. Center Seminar Vouchers)
- Both hotel DTCM Revenue tally with Trail Balance
- To enter foreign exchange rates to Opera
- Checking admin telephone charges and preparing report
- Checking of PRO's visa expense claim
- Maintain records, according to the record retention procedures.
- To prepare and send out Revenue reports on daily basis (in absence of Senior Income Auditor).
- To support the Accounts Receivable on any revenue and payment related issues other than city ledger.
- To ensure that all unidentifiable entries (both debits and credits) are clarified as quickly as possible.
- To provide reports as and when requested by Management.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or related major.
- 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounting or related professional area.
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate. Must have experience with Opera, Opera vision, Sun system & Sun vision
