Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate will be responsible for the overall smooth functioning of all household activities as per the guidelines set by the employer.

• Supervising and training in-house and other non-household employees on daily schedules and responsibilities
• Managing the schedule and shifts for all household employees
• Schedule and supervise home maintenance activities
• Manage household budget for daily/monthly household expenses as agreed with the employer
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating social events for family
• Develop professional relationships with external vendors for such events
• Entertain visitors and guests at the residence
• Coordinate travel plans for the family
• Build a strong relationship with the household staff for the smooth functioning of the house
• Perform other errands and administrative tasks as instructed by the employer
• Ensure that all in-house staff are fully trained to support the medical needs of residents.

Requirements

• Must Have: previous home managing experience with high profile clients
• Should be based in the UAE currently
• Should come from a Hospitality/Administrative background
• Preferred: Driving license
• Marital Status - Single
• Availability to join - ASAP
• Shift -12 Hours per day (timings to be confirmed)
