Position Title: Indian Team Leader for Business Developers
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Package: Up to AED 8,000 plus incentives and benefits
Location: Tecom, Dubai, UAE (near Dubai Internet City Metro)

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader who can drive client acquisition, convert leads into partnerships, and ensure smooth end-to-end collections

Job Description:
1. Generate leads through active prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
2. Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs and positioning the company as the partner of choice.
3. Develop tailored recruitment solutions and pitch value-driven proposals that convert prospects into retained accounts.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all terms are aligned with company standards and client expectations.
5. Oversee client lifecycle management, from onboarding to collection, ensuring timely payments and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Indian languages is highly preferred
2. At least 2 years of proven track record in Business Development within recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Confident, proactive, and able to work independently under target-driven environments.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
