Position Title: Indoor Sales Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading beauty institutes in the UAE.
Job Role:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Russian nationality
• 21 to 28 years old
• Diploma or any relevant certificate
• Freshers can apply as long as they have good English communication skills, strong and confident, willing to be trained and do sales
• Should have their own visa (family sponsorship)
• Will be handling customers or leads from ads and convert inquiries into sales over the phone
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Should be proactive, team player and consistent in making follow-ups
• Candidates with experience from any industry will be considered and who can join immediately will be prioritized
