Job description / Role
- Time Management, Interdepartmental Communication Skills, Improvements, Training, Shutdown Planning's.
- Increase MTBF (meantime between Failure), Reduce MRTTR (meantime to repair).
- Predictive and corrective maintenance initiative.
- Calibrations, Plant Automations, Electrical System, Process controls, SIEMENS S7 controls, Buhler WINCOS, TROUBLES shooting software issues.
- Job assignment, trainings, appraisals.
- Handling Breakdown maintenance, one point lesson, resource needs, time management, HSE, GMP, 5S, HACCP, auditing, inspection, recommendations for best practices.
Requirements
- To look after coast flour mill plants/equipment assets maintenance, modification of plants/equipment, supporting Electrical Supervisor to review planning & scheduling of maintenance activities, calibrations, plan automations, electrical system, process control, SIEMENS S7 Controls, CPM, OTTAVENGAR, Buhler WINCONS.
- Trouble shooting software issues. Supporting Electrical Supervisor to provide data for calculating OEE, MTBF, supporting electrical supervisor in TPM, maintenance KPI, HSE, Hygiene, GMP, S5, HACCP, Food safety.
- Must be have 2-3 years experience in the same field.
- Having a Industrial Training Certificate.
- Holding 2 years Diploma in Engineering would be advantage.
