Infrastructure Project Manager

Job description / Role

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering infrastructure projects—such as roads, utilities, networks, earthworks, district cooling, stormwater, sewerage, potable water, telecom, and public realm works—from concept to handover.
The role ensures planning, design management, procurement, construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and project controls across all project phases, depending on whether the position sits with a PMC, Developer, Consultancy, or Client Representative.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15+ years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, networks, major developments).
• Experience with PMC, developer, consultancy, or client-side roles is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, authority standards, and permitting processes.
• Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• PMP / RICS / CEng is an advantage.
