Innovation Associate Manager

Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-established, global food company and they're looking to hire an Innovation Associate Manager to join their exciting team in Dubai.

As the Innovation Associate Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovation projects for core brands and franchises for the Regional Markets. You will work with the Innovation Senior Manager to create a pipeline of Global-led (front of funnel) and Regional-led (region-specific initiatives on core brands and franchises) that will address trial barriers, expand brand penetration and grow sales and shares in Partnership Markets.

Responsibilities:

• The Innovation Associate Manager - with the supervision of the Innovation Senior Manager - will support the translation of the strategic directions on innovation into a set of concrete plans for the projects he or she is responsible for.
• The role requires strong project management skills and a well-developed set of marketing and general management skills to convert strategies into successful innovation projects that will grow sales, share and profit across Partnership Markets. He or she should have strong analytical skills to sort through complex data, make well-reasoned conclusions, and translate these into sound strategies and plans.
• This role will work closely with the Regional Markets Innovation Senior Manager and will be expected to collaborate and coordinate closely with other members of the Central Marketing Team, the various Zonal Marketing Teams and other key functional areas to ensure that initiatives progress in support of business goals.
• Design and develop innovation on core franchises and platforms for Regional Markets
• Lead Innovation Process for Projects
• Business Analysis and Recommendation

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors/MBA Degree
• At least 3-5 years working experience in management roles in the marketing departments of international Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies
• Cross-country experience, demonstrated ability to work across cultures and in remote teams
• Good knowledge of business process, key functions and leveragability of data
• Able to work with finance data from internal financial systems
