Job description / Role
Position Summary
In this role you will be responsible for planning and leading Innovation &Renovation (I&R)/ Imported Products (IMS) projects End-to-End and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver with a flawless execution.
A day in the life of
- Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R as well as IMS projects
- Drive project team definition and reach out to Functional Line Managers to identify and secure resources along the flow
- Build and maintain project budget all along the flow
- Coordinate CAPEX request with Engineering Project Manager
- Orchestrate all functions and markets involved in the project to coordinate timelines, track end-to-end activities and milestones and ensure project is progressing as planned
- Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings
- Provide transparency, documentation and communication of project status and risk
- Leading Stakeholders management across functions
- Leverage own functional expertise and network to steer project team towards best solution definition and execution
- Manage IMS Product Brief
- Act as the SPOC from the category to the receiving market project manager
- Coach project team on project management best practices and Idea-2-Launch Ways of Working and Mindset
- Grow and develop team members
Requirements
What Will Make You Successful?
- Minimum 5 years of cross-functional experience gained through participation in Innovation Renovation projects, or through mission/assignment in various organizations
- 2 to 3 years of project management experience
- Has successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional teams
- Has worked in a matrix-like structure
- Has demonstrated courage and ability to solve problems
- Champion for I2L principles
- Analytical and tactical thinker
- 5 years of cross functional experience in I&R projects
- 2-3 years of Project management experience
