Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a competitive and reliable Inside Sales Executive to help us develop our business activities. You will be responsible for building business by identifying and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Plan effective sales campaigns and target NEW accounts. - Contact potential clients by telephone, email and on-line social networking tools to identify opportunities.
- Arrange and participate in telephone conference calls and demos with potential clients and partners.
- Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Create quotations from tenders received, proactively chase tenders using a variety of means
- Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain all data within CRM system. - Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives.
- Achieve team and individual sales targets as set by the management Team within the agreed time scale.
- Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Adhere to company procedures in terms of systems and protocols.

Requirements

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to engage and influence a client
- Positive “first impression” person for clients either visiting the offices or calling in
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.
