Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively sell Rufescent Club memberships (Associate, Preferred, and Business) to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify and approach prospective members from various segments: Banks, MNCs, Universities, Associations, Wealth Management firms, Co-working spaces, etc.
• Attend business networking events, exhibitions, and mixers to prospect members.
• Maintain a strong database of leads and update CRM with weekly outreach plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the Tele Sales Executive to ensure effective appointment setting and lead follow-up.
• Provide detailed tours of the Club Hotel facilities and tailor pitches based on client profiles.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets of 20–22 memberships during pre-opening.
• Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and closing documents in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure an exceptional and premium customer experience from first contact to onboarding.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, luxury club membership, real estate, or lifestyle sales.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s corporate and business networking landscape.
• A proven sales closer with strong lead generation, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter, confident, and highly target-driven.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other language proficiency is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
