Job description / Role
A new opportunity has come up with a fast-growing logistics organization in Dubai. Our client is currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be supporting the logistics UAE business unit to support and grow the logistics business in line with the commercial strategy, goals, policies, and processes. Furthermore, in this role, you will be responsible to quote on behalf of the company’s commercial team.
Other responsibilities include:
• Quote on behalf of the logistics commercial team.
• Own and execute the quote & contract process with relevant stakeholders
• Acquire new SME customers for logistics services including freight, warehousing, customs brokerage, etc.
• Liaise with internal departments, other offices, and external logistics partners for opportunity development.
• Ensures CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.
• Assist in system updates, firefighting, managing cross-functional collaboration
• Ensures opportunities are updated on time and are of excellent quality
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree holder
• With a minimum of 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding /logistics
• Must have managerial experience
• Must have worked in the UAE market
