Job description / Role
A new role has come with a well-known logistics company in Dubai. Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the inside sales team to efficiently execute all sales support and telesales activities.
• Responsible for quotes and commercial offers to customers.
• Responsible for the follow-up with customers post onboarding.
• Liaising with internal departments, company’s offices, and external logistics partners for opportunity development.
• Lead acquisition of new SME customers for logistics services including freight, warehousing, customs brokerage etc.
• Ensures CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.
• Assist in system updates, firefighting, managing cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree holder
• With minimum of 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding /logistics
• Must have managerial experience
• Must have worked in the UAE market
