Job description / Role
• Generally assist Senior Inspector in applied category.
• Aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and following applicable duties pertained to applied category.
• Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.
• Observe, check and record work execution is in accordance with approved methods.
• Check instructions are being carried out.
• Check setting-out and levels.
• Check services locations and ensure their protection.
• Monitor and record inspections, tests, work executed etc.
• Check materials delivered are as approved and properly stored.
• Observe site safety procedures.
• Measure work done when required.
• Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings.
Requirements
• Engineering Degree (B. Sc.) with 2 year experience in roads maintenance or
• Diploma in Engineering (3 Years) ) with 5 year experience in roads maintenance
• High School Diploma with 8 year experience in roads maintenance
• Engineering Degree/Diploma should be authenticated by ministry of higher education and scientific research, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• At least 1 years of direct and related experience at applied category.
• Relevant IT skills / Computer literate.
• Good command of English (Communication and writing skills).
• Preferably - Valid UAE Driving License.
