Job description / Role
- Is responsible of all installation tasks and ensures that the best quality and service are provided to the clients.
- Monitors the needs of the department and makes sure that the department is fitted with all the necessary tools (ie: cars, working tools, safety equipments, etc…) to achieve its functions.
- Takes decisions choosing best installation methods on major jobs.
- Is responsible of the training of installation department employees.
- Is responsible of the safety of installation employees and enforces all rules related to installation works.
- Oversees workers appearance, discipline and behavior with clients and third parties
- Direct contacts with client when needed
- Is responsible of all department purchases and negotiating deals in favor of the company with suppliers
- Constantly coordinates with DPDM, client servicing, sales & marketing, displays and production departments.
- Is in charge of manpower schedules of his dept. with compliance to the company’s needs, rules and regulations
- Keeps records of overtime and presents them to the CEO, DPDM, and financial department.
- Proposes salaries, perks and bonuses of installation department employees to the CEO and DPDM.
- Contributes in the implementation of the quality policy and participates in the improvement of the quality system by proposing corrective and preventive actions and participates in their implementation.
