Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will design, create and implement, creative and engaging learning and communication tools that support business objectives and assist in driving the Farah Service Culture across all leisure facilities.

- To design, creative and engaging learning aides to support the organization’s core training programmes
- To assist with training material design updates
- To create a variety of online tools to support key communications through the business
- To build e-learning training modules
- To design e-learning training manuals to support the roll out of key company programmes and applications
- To build proactive partnerships with key stakeholders across the business
- To consistently research new and innovative online/e-learning solutions/soft wears
- To actively participate in colleague engagement activities
- To assist the Talent Development and greater HR Team as required

Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you must have:

- Certificate in Instructional Design or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Instructional Design
- Must have visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Must be excellent working knowledge of visual design soft wear: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Whiteboard Animation, Moviemaker
- Must have good knowledge of adult learning theories
- Good working knowledge of a Learning Management System
