Instructor in Veterinary Medicine (300778)
The Veterinary Medicine Department, College of Food and Agriculture, United Arab Emirates University invites applications for an instructor position that is available immediately. The instructor's primary responsibility is to teach the laboratory sections of the following veterinary courses; Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology and Parasitology. In addition, the instructor is expected to advise and mentor veterinary students and support their academic progress. Other responsibilities and assignments include supporting the departmental research and outreach/service activities in addition to university-wide activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
The applicant must have a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine relevant to the desired areas (i.e. Physiology, Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Parasitology). Excellent English communication skills is required.
Preferred Qualification
Teaching experience at higher education institute in the relevant areas for a minimum of two years. Additional experience in Information Technology (IT), smart learning, and pedagogical development process is a plus.
