Instrumentation Control Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrumentation Control Engineer to join our team in the exciting oil and gas industry in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining control systems and instruments used in the oil and gas production process.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing control systems for oil and gas production equipment and processes
- Developing and maintaining instrumentation and control systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of production facilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve control system issues
- Performing regular inspections and maintenance of control systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
- Participating in the commissioning and start-up of new control systems and instrumentation

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems in the oil and gas industry
- In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and DCS
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards related to instrumentation and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
