Job description / Role
• Prepare Equipment and vehicles renewal, addition and deletion documents and sent to our insurer.
• Assist to Prepare Equipment Offshore and Nearshore Extension documents and sent to our insurer.
• Prepare Medical Insurance renewal, addition and deletion documents and sent to Insurance co and Online apply of Daman Insurance Medical Addition and update in ERP System.
• Prepare Travel insurance renewal and addition documents and sent to our insurer.
• Lodging and processing the Medical insurance claims and follow up for settlement.
• Forwarding CAR documents (New/extension of projects) to Construction Department for their record.
• Responsible for debit notes and credit notes received from the insurance companies for submission to the accounts dept. and update the internal record.
• Responsible for Group members and VIP medical claim, Prepare medical claim’ s documents and sent to Insurance Cos and update internal record.
• Responsible for Workmen compensation Claim case and Register with insurer and follow up and after settlement update internal records and update in ERP System.
• To maintain insurance documents addition/cancellations including Registration documents of Equipment, Vehicles and Medical documents.
• Maintaining all the records in the system and keep the Files of the Department up-to-date
• Any degree or equivalent with more than 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative activities with working knowledge in Insurance.
• Excellent computer and Internet knowledge
• Well-experienced of Data Entry
