Insurance Sales - For Graduates

We are looking for sales agents to join the retail team of an established growing central bank regulated insurance broker. They are ideally looking for salespeople to focus on Dubai and the Northern Emirates, but are open to applications that are high-caliber AUH-based insurance sales specialists.

You'd get 50% revenue for every business (meaning ALL LINES) you bring into the company- which means the more business, the more commission. Not to mention that there will be peak months and you are also going to benefit from the renewal season where commissions can be quite high.

The company is very well established and had a fantastic year last year in revenue terms. They are ready to invest in people and help them grow. They would definitely support their people and there will be growth opportunities within the firm.

Requirements

We are looking for competent, focused, and 100% committed to doing sales. Ideally looking for business, finance-related, or commerce graduates who have experience in sales/promotion roles.
