We are currently seeking an Interim Rewards Manager to take up a six month contract, to support the business review and report to the Head of Talent & Reward. The core purpose of the role is to own and manage all compensation and benefits related activities across the Middle East region; ensuring the business develops and maintains a competitive cost effective and innovative rewards base to attract, motivate and retain employees.

The role works across a large, complex and diverse business unit working closely with HR Business Partners and business unit heads of department to collate relevant information on salary, undertake internal and external benchmarking activities and grade new positons within the organizational structure, as well as providing education and support in managing reward decisions. There is a high level of reporting required; data collection, data analysis and subsequent presentations of findings and legislative changes to the relevant committees. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for all aspects of the salary and bonus review process ad leadership development.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 26,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess a solid, technical understanding of rewards and benefits issues, including standard Job Evaluation tools and the ability to communicate that expertise within a highly diversified environment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery in design and implementation of rewards strategies and have a comprehensive understanding of the laws, principles and practices in HR within the UAE and Middle East region.

Candidates will be degree educated and ideally highly proficient in the use of SAP. Statistical analysis is a large aspect of the role and advanced knowledge of Excel will be a must. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative in their approach and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. At least five to seven years’ experience in a similar role in a large (+ 2000 employee) multinational organisation, managing across multiple geographies in the region is required and experience with global mobility programs would be highly desirable.
