Interior Architect

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for an Interior Architect for our client, a premium café brand. Someone creative, organized, and passionate about bringing design concepts to life. The role involves supporting ongoing projects through design coordination, material sourcing, and assisting in the development of drawings, floor plans, and renders.

Responsibilities
• Support the design team in developing concepts, mood boards, and presentations
• Assist in producing accurate floor plans, 3D renders, and visualizations
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for samples, pricing, and lead times
• Source and organize materials, finishes, and furniture selections
• Assist in project documentation, drawings, and site coordination
• Ensure all design details are accurately reflected in presentations and submissions
• Maintain organized material libraries and supplier databases

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (revit), Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software)
• Knowledge of design development stages — from concept to technical documentation
• Strong eye for materials, color, and spatial composition
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
