Job description / Role
- High end Design and Build firm who specialize in new build, large scale, 5 star hospitality projects are looking for CAD Designers.
- Required to Produce fit out shop drawings, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
- Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications and as instructed by the Design Coordinator.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades.
- Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines.
- Manage and file drawings.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or its equivalent from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same role with expertise in AutoCAD. Autodesk Revit Software is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills: written, spoken, maintaining continuous cooperative communication, listening attentively and giving/receiving feedback.
- Perform in a professional manner, holding oneself accountable and demonstrating reliability.
- Team player with the ability to set priorities and to work under pressure.
- Ability to take initiative, effectively and promptly solve problems, and drive for results.
