Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Manage design of residential high-rise apartment building project from concept to completion
- Interpret and translate project needs into rough plans and set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood boards” and find, pre-qualify & manage external design agencies and ensure they operate within the company design parameters
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors and supervise work progress with a team of engineers, interior designers and CAD draftsman
Requirements:

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.
Qualifications:
- Open to European nationalities
- 50 years old and below
- Must be a graduate of BS degree in Interior Design or similar
- Must have at least 7-10 years experience in interior design and rendering, out of which at least 5 years must be with residential apartment complete design and ID finalization
- Expert in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations and proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
