Position Title: Interior Design Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:
• Manage design of residential Highrise apartment building project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule and interpret and translate project needs into rough plans
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Find, Pre-qualify & manage external design agencies and ensure they operate within the company design parameters
• Produce “sample” and “mood boards”

Qualifications:
• 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or similar
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in interior design and rendering, out of which at least 5 years must be with residential apartment complete design and ID finalization
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Must have individually handled residential Highrise projects design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
