Compass Project Consulting is seeking an Interior Design Manager to deliver design excellence on luxury residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review interior design from concept through to tender stage.
• Oversee consultants and ensure alignment with project vision, branding, and client expectations.
• Coordinate interior design with architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines.
• Ensure design deliverables are produced to the highest quality within budget and schedule.

• At least 15 years’ interior design experience with focus on residential and mixed-use projects.
• Prior PMC or consultancy exposure with leading developers.
• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and international design standards.
• UAE project experience is essential.
