Interior Design Manager

Job description / Role

Looking for a candidate with strong leadership and design skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing high-end interior design projects (e.g. Mixed-use, Hospitality, Residential) preferably with previous working experience with interior design consultants and Developer/PMC. Key responsibilities include overseeing design process, coordinating with clients & consultants, and managing site execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in high-end interior design projects.
• Proven experience in mixed-use, hospitality, and luxury residential projects.
• Strong background working with ID consultants and/or developers/PMC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, and interior design detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
