Position Title: Manager – Interior Design (High Rise Residential)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive staff welfare structure

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

- Lead end-to-end interior design and fit-out project delivery for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai, from concept design and authority approvals to execution, handover, and post-completion.
- Manage approvals and compliance with Dubai authorities and master developers, including Dubai Land Department (DLD) inspections, off-plan project requirements, and coordination with Emaar, Nakheel, DDA, and similar entities.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, contracts, and site execution, ensuring quality, cost control, timelines, and adherence to Dubai building codes, safety standards, and design intent.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, managing designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers while handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced real estate development environment

- Extensive experience in interior design with a focus on residential high-rise projects, including consultations, space planning, renovations, and full design finalization (minimum 15 years, 5+ years on high-rise apartments).
- Strong technical and creative skills, including layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations, supported by an excellent portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or equivalent, with the ability to produce high-quality renderings.
- Educational background and soft skills: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field, strong project management, communication, and presentation abilities.

Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
