Job description / Role
Leading Interior Design Practice in Dubai are currently looking for an Interior Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate the client’s needs, developing design concepts, selecting of materials & considering budgets.
Researching & gathering information, preparing design presentations, producing sample/mood boards, sourcing products such as furniture, fittings, fixtures, lighting, finishes, decoration & dressings.
Meeting suppliers & working closely with architects & other professionals.
In addition, preparing working drawings, designs, plans as well as coordinating with 3D visualizers to produce realistic representations of the designed interiors.
Documentation of materials, FF&E & joinery by means of Spec
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Interior design or similar.
Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
Experience in Full design and build work.
Communication and presentation skills.
Project management skills.
Excellent portfolio of previous works.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs.
