Interior Designer
Salary: up to 15,000 Based on experience
Location: Abu Dhabi

Our client is one of the leading Office design and Fitout companies in the UAE with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Having access to some of the best products and furniture suppliers across Europe and an internal team that provides exceptional expertise and high level of technical skills.
As a result of the expansion within the Abu Dhabi market, we are seeking an Interior Designer to support the team.

Key role is to plan, design and present commercial environment of projects secured and allocated

Responsibilities:

Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
Work to a brief, with details what the space will be used
Inspect and survey the space
Negotiate fees and setting schedules for the project
Research and draw up rough plans
Sketch preliminary design plans
Develop detailed designs and choose materials
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
Prepare final plans, using computer applications
Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
Supervise the work as it is carried out.
Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior design is preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience within the GCC
Able to develop and present design concepts
AutoCAD proficiency would be an advantage
Ability to present 2D and 3D concepts
Possess a portfolio of similar work done
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas at senior level
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
