Interior Designer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Interior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to turn concepts into beautiful, functional interiors. From concept to completion, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding environments that reflect client needs, style, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their design goals, budget, and functional needs.
• Develop creative interior design concepts and mood boards.
• Create detailed drawings, floor plans, 3D models, and presentations using design software.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and colour palettes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and execution.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being followed.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an interior designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of space planning, colour theory, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.
