Job Title: Interior Designer – Design & Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for a strong and self-driven Interior Designer with a blend of design creativity and sales capability. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients, developing bespoke design solutions, and taking projects from concept to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Meet clients to understand requirements, budget, and design expectations
2.Develop space planning, design concepts, and customized interior solutions
3.Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and basic cost coordination
4.Present proposals confidently and close design and execution deals
5.Manage the design process from concept to execution coordination
6.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal execution teams
7.Ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained

Key Interactions:
1.Clients: Requirement gathering, design presentations, approvals, and closures
2.Sales / Business Development Team: Lead follow-ups and conversion strategy
3.Design Team: Design development and detailing coordination
4.Vendors & Contractors: Material selection, feasibility, and execution support
5.Project / Site Team: Design clarifications and implementation support

Required Experience:
1.3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design with client-facing and sales exposure
2.Proven experience in handling end-to-end interior projects, including bespoke solutions
3.Strong experience in client presentations, proposal discussions, and deal closures
4.Exposure to residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred

Education:
1.Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Skills:
1.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max etc.
2.Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
3.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
4.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
5.Strong time management and coordination abilities
6.Target-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
