Interior Designer/Draftsman

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for transforming the design elements and the perspective to 2D drawings / details If you are looking to make a significant impact in the field of interior design, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designer to determine their needs and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for interior layouts using CAD software.
- Develop design concepts to schematic drawings and layouts.
- tag/label colors, materials,and finishes to create cohesive design schemes to match the design perspectives.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on trends in interior design and innovation in materials and technology.

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design,or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Draftsman, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- 3 years of experience in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, spatial arrangements, and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ?ability to take off the quantities of the finishes from the drawings .
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
